'Tween Collection has been moved to Juvenile (J) stacks
Bet this wienerdog had something to do with this
(Yes, I checked the proper spelling of wiener. You can look it up. Apparently, the other popular spelling is also acceptable.)
Don't panic, 'Tweenies! (Don't know who 'Tweens are? This blog post has you covered.) The 'Tween collection has NOT--repeat, NOT--been deleted (or, as we say in librarianspeak, "weeded" or "discarded") from our Evergreen Indiana catalog. Everything has simply been relocated to our Juvenile collections. (Those are the items with the call numbers beginning with the letter J.) Look for them in J Fiction and J Nonfiction. Easy as canned tuna-in-oil. Or pie, if you prefer.
Why did wienerdog move the 'Tween books? Why do slobberdogs do anything? To make people patrons happy, of course. With most of our books collectively shelved under "J," they should be MUCH easier to find.
Hey, what's that on the shelves next to the former 'Tween section?
Hey, what's that on the shelves next to the former 'Tween section?
It's Cerberus!
Three-headed slobberdogs, I don't need.
Let our helpful staff know if you need any assistance locating the 'Tween (or other) items in their new digs. We're masters of the know, after all.
