Cow Tipping Here? I'm Frankly Appalled

Cow tipping at my Library?  It just couldn't happen.  We have way too much class.

Or not.

As the Library's official feline roving reporter, I'll get to the bottom of this story and uncover who's responsible.  It happened at the Adult Information Desk, and Technigal was working there at the time, so she's my prime suspect.

Let's see if our culprit strikes again.  Moo-cow, strut your stuff.

Again with the tipping!  Has this fiend no sense of decency and fair play? Our leading suspect left a trail while fleeing to the Indiana Roving Reporter Room.  That's my turf!  Capture is imminent!
