Better Than a Perfect Bowling Score

It's the highest possible score in a single game (10 frames) of bowling.  That makes it mighty special, eh, Wild Thang?  Add three more, and you've got the number of bipartite graphs with eight vertices.  You've also got my current number of blog postings (303).  In less than a year, yet.

These are all special numbers, according to a website devoted to such things. Well, the website didn't mention my blog, but its editors could have, and that's the decimal point, as it were.

Is this really a big deal?  Honestly not, but Scowl-Face is obsessed with statistics, so we like to keep him happy, and so we pretend that these things matter.  Otherwise, he goes and puts a bag over his head and stands in a bucket of swimming dinners until we sing English hymns to him.  (Okay, that was really from the Monty Python mattress sketch, more or less, but he does pout a bit.)

Thanks for reading all 303 (304, now, counting this one) of my blogs.  I doubt I've even done that myself. We've had terrific fun writing them, and by we, I mean moi, of course.

Imagine what the next 300 blog postings have in store for you.  It boggles the mind.  Well, mine, anyhow.

P.S.  All these numbers makes me think of "One," written by Harry Nilsson and recorded by Three Dog Night as a single and on its self-titled debut album (1968), and shown here playing the song in a video recording (1969).

P.P.S.  If you'd like to watch the Mattress Sketch from Monty Python's Flying Circus, you can find it easily enough on YouTube.  I'm not allowed to link directly to it, because this is, for the most part, a family-friendly blog, and somebody might be offended.  You can find it if you want to watch it.  Or just ask Scowl-Face to recite the entire sketch, verbatim.  He can do that.  It's sad, really.
