Some of those things looked like they'd be fun for felines to play with.  So how come I wasn't invited to appear in the video?  Just asking.

Perhaps someone felt I might swat something off a desktop.  I would NEVER do such a thing, at least while anybody was looking.  Anyway, I categorically deny all responsibility for that thing that broke.  I didn't knock it off the circulation counter.  I don't care what the surveillance videos show.

Ups and Downs

Our new outdoor LED sign was up and running earlier this week, but then T. Rex discovered that the controller was bad and needed to be replaced.  So we're awaiting a new device, and the sign is temporarily down again.

Want to see what the sign looks like when it's operating?  Glad you asked.

No offense to our old sign, but this new one is truly the cat's PJs.  When you visit the library during the next week or so, you should see it running again soon.

T. Rex deserves huge kudos for all his tremendous work leading the sign replacement squad. It has been a lot of hard work, but he has handled matters masterfully (try saying that three times fast).  Raise, Boss Lady? Just saying.

Knitting with Joyce has been one of our oldest, best attended adult programs for many years.  Bring your knitting projects to MPL Study Room A on Wednesdays from 1:30-3 p.m. to knit, share methods, and chat with new friends.  No registration is required.
