Broadway Gal is now even more famous! Her button dress, which she wore (and may still be wearing) at this week's American Library Association (ALA) bigbash in Chicago, made the School Library Journal website.

I would have expected my button to be prominently displayed. The fact that Broadway Gal was showcasing buttons of all 75 Caldecott Medalists is a minor point, indeed. Surely, I rate as highly as any of those authors! Anyway, a Cauli Medal is MUCH classier than a Caldecott any day.
Snubbed again. We felines get no respect. Just call moi Rodney Dangerfield.
