It just occurred to moi that ol' Scowlly is our human equivalent to Grumpy Cat.

Twins Separated at Birth?

Of course, they can't possibly be twins.  Grumpy Cat is a feline, and being a clearly superior life form, there is no way she could be related to a mere human, especially Scowl-Face, who is as mere as you can get.  But the resemblance is truly striking.  Just visit the Library anytime Scowl-Face is working.  You'll see what I mean straight away.

At best, Scowl-Face is our Grumpy Cat wannabe.  Now that a movie is going to be made about Grumpy Cat, perhaps ol' Scowlly will be offered a bit role, especially if he stands too close to Grumpy Cat.  (Just kidding!  G.C. would never bite without justification.  Perhaps standing close to Scowl-Face is sufficient grounds, I'd wager.)
