Between 2010 and 2019, Cauli Le Chat (2006?-2020), feline roving reporter for Mooresville Public Library (Mooresville, Indiana), reported all things interesting to cats (and humans) happening at the library. Related stories from across the state (and beyond) were also included.

Advertisers recognize the selling power of redheads, especially when combined.

Naturally, this excludes unnatural kitty redhairs, such as this faux-red-furred feline.

How should redheads celebrate today? For the humans, chocolate is always good. For us felines, some kitty treats or my personal favorite, canned tuna-in-oil, unless your V-E-T has restricted your diet to exclude tuna products.
Then there are the big celebrations where redheads congregate and have great fun.
Maybe your favorite library should put up a book display featuring redheads, including, of course, Clifford the Big Red Slobberdog, created by Norman Bridwell, who grew up in Kokomo, Indiana.
Natural or artificial color?
If that's not Clifford's natural hair color, I certainly won't be telling him. Who needs a gigantic slobberdog angry at moi?
Our new outdoor LED sign was up and running earlier this week, but then T. Rex discovered that the controller was bad and needed to be replaced. So we're awaiting a new device, and the sign is temporarily down again.

No offense to our old sign, but this new one is truly the cat's PJs. When you visit the library during the next week or so, you should see it running again soon.
T. Rex deserves huge kudos for all his tremendous work leading the sign replacement squad. It has been a lot of hard work, but he has handled matters masterfully (try saying that three times fast). Raise, Boss Lady? Just saying.
The Decorinator, BizMeister, and our intern, the Sundance Kid (her human name is Kassidy, so her Cauli-nickname had to be something related, even if Butch Cassidy's surname was spelled differently) have built themselves a rocketship, which is now on display just inside my library's front entrance. Command module landing at our Youth Services Department entrance.
The rocketship and command module are promoting the Link Observatory Lectures held in the MPL Community Room on select Saturdays. These programs are open to the public--all ages are welcome! It's a fun family learning event. There's a new lecture coming tomorrow (Saturday, October 24, 2015) at 8 p.m.
