Centennial cakes! At the Library! Today (Saturday, May 12, 2012)! At our 100th anniversary bigbash! With butterflies to be released (but outside, so the cakes are safe)! Worth exclaiming about, I'd wager.
Beatrix Butterfly would love the butterfly release, but, for moi and our patrons, let them eat cake.
Take a gander at how fantastic these cakes look. They were made by Sugar Mamas Custom Cakes, located at 25 West Main Street, in downtown Mooresville, Indiana. Click images to bigify.
Where can you get your cake? I'll tell you for a can of tuna-in-oil. Just kidding! The big chow-down will be happening this afternoon around 3:50 to 4:00 p.m. in the Library's Bonita C. Marley Community Room. As you can see, the preparations have already been made.
