Broadway Gal just announced that the first chicksoon has hatched! It is Toto, who now officially becomes one of my winged dinners great new chick pals at the Library. Toto made an amazing eggs-scape (you know, by hatching out of the egg), but it is a tiring process, so a nap is certainly in order.

Did you know that newborn chicks imprint on whomever they first see and believe that s/he or it is their mother? So Broadway Gal should soon have a clutch (or peep) of baby chicks parading after her all around MPL Youth Services. That would be a hilarious video! Minions, make it so.
