This handmade collar is available at the Rover Boutique, a Canadian company based in Toronto that makes custom accessories for slobberdogs (with a few for felines).  We normally don't like human-style clothing for cats--it's a dignity issue, and comfort plays a big part, too--but this one is quite fetching.  I can imagine that Rover Boutique's canine line would be a huge improvement for slobberdog appearances.
