Last December Broadway Gal arranged an excellent performing duo, Theresa & Dave, to record her parody lyrics to "Rocky Top," to which the Library staff planned to make another fun-filled video, like our parody of Taio Cruz. But we've all been really busy in 2012, what with the Library's centennial celebration, the new marketing strategies, and canned tuna-in-oil. So I thought you might as well enjoy hearing (and seeing) the recording of Broadway Gal's song lyrics.
Did you catch my name in the lyrics? That guarantees a hit tune, right there. This will be a wonderful soundtrack to our parody video.
We'll make that movie one of these days. Maybe that could be a project for Savvy and her teen minions. Savvy just conducted a teen tech workshop, so they should be pumped. Plus, the Library now has a truly nice digital camera.
