Bawking and Blogging

Crafty Gal has uploaded her "bawk! bawk!" blog for this week to the MPL Early Literacy Blog on our new website.  Want to read it?  Sure you do. You know what to do.

We already posted the video to this fine feature, so you've already seen it.  What?!  Missed it?  Well, take a peek at the blog.  It leads with the video.

Here are some of the crafts that Crafty Gal's young patrons made this week in our early literacy programs.

Pretty cool.  Those winged dinner legs remind moi of something.  Can't quite put my paw on it.  That slobberdog button is nowhere near as nice as MY button, but that goes without saying.  If you haven't seen it, ask Scowl-Face.  He frequently wears it proudly, as he should, around the Library.

Another Great Job, Crafty Gal,

P.S.  This video says that winged dinners chickens have between 25 to 30 vocalizations as part of their communication matrix.  Sounds like winged dinner chatter to moi.  But it must mean something to them.  To moi, it means I'm on the wrong side of that chicken wire.
